Dealership Technology Diagnostic
Five days to find where your store loses time and money.
$1,500, fixed scope. You leave with a map of your store, its costliest breakdowns and a recommended first project, whether or not you continue with us.
What we map
Nine departments, and every handoff between them.
A new car sold touches nearly all of them. We follow the work from the first lead to the next service visit and mark every place it changes hands.
Variable ops
- Used Cars
- Marketing
- BDC
- Sales
- Finance
Office
- Billing
- Accounting
Fixed ops
- Parts
- Service, including Body Shop
Every store is organized a little differently. We map yours as it actually runs, then use these names so the findings compare cleanly from store to store.
Before day one
We come prepared.
Before the first working session, we build a preliminary picture of your store's operating environment and technology stack from available information. We spend less time asking what you use and more time understanding how the operation actually works.
How the five days run
Interviews, your own data, and a readout in person.
We keep the ask on your team small. Most of the work happens on our side.
MAP
Interviews with management and department leads, and a walk through the store. We learn how work actually moves, not how the org chart says it does.
MEASURE
We work from exports of your CRM and DMS data, with customer-identifying details removed before analysis, to see how long each handoff really takes.
FIND
Where the handoffs break, what each break costs, and which tools you already pay for could fix it.
PRIORITIZE
Every opportunity ranked on impact, effort, risk and whether your people will actually use it.
READOUT
We walk leadership through the findings in person and recommend a first project. You keep the full report.
YOUR CALL
Implementation is scoped from what we found. There's no obligation to continue.
What you receive
A roadmap built on your store's own data.
Where your data is available, the findings are measured, not guessed. Where it isn't, we say so.

What we need from you
A small, specific ask.
Your data stays yours. Customer-identifying details are removed before we analyze anything. See how we handle dealership data.
- One point of contact for the week
- CRM and DMS exports, run by one of your own authorized employees with their own login
- A few hours of interviews across departments
- An hour with leadership for the readout
Questions dealers ask
Before you book.
Will you tell us to replace our systems?
Rarely. We're vendor-neutral and we take no commissions. If the software you own can do the job, we'll show you how to make it do the job.
How much of our team's time does it take?
A few hours of interviews spread over the week, a point of contact, and the readout. We work around your busiest days.
What happens after the readout?
If you want help implementing, we scope it from what we found and quote it. If not, you keep the report and the roadmap.
Who is it for?
New-car franchised dealerships, from single rooftops to five-store groups, in Nassau and Suffolk first.
Not sure yet?
Start with a free 20-minute conversation.
Walk us through what happens to a deal in your store. You'll know within twenty minutes whether a Diagnostic is worth it to you.
Nassau and Suffolk Counties first, on purpose. We'd rather be in your store than on a video call.
Who buysUsually the dealer principal or GM. The GSM, office manager and fixed ops director feel the problem first.
